Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Bloom and bloom.voventech.com. By using Bloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Provider and eligibility

Bloom is provided by Voventech OÜ, registry code 17284289, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, 10115 Tallinn, Estonia. Bloom is intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement and is not directed to children.

2. Educational product—not medical care

Bloom provides general educational information, organizational tools, and personal record keeping. It does not diagnose, monitor a medical condition, interpret labour, guarantee fetal or infant wellbeing, or replace a doctor, midwife, nurse, emergency service, or other qualified professional. Content and calculations may not fit your circumstances.

Seek urgent medical help for an emergency or anything that feels seriously wrong. Contact your maternity or care team immediately for reduced or changed fetal movement, severe or worsening symptoms, breathing difficulty, chest pain, heavy bleeding, fluid leakage, thoughts of harming yourself or a baby, hallucinations, severe confusion, or other urgent concerns. This list is not exhaustive.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, decisions you make, maintaining appropriate professional care, and keeping your device and Apple account secure. Reminders, timers, estimates, care windows, percentiles, and exports are aids only; verify important dates, doses, measurements, appointments, and care instructions independently.

4. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple licence terms, Voventech grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Bloom on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer Bloom except where law expressly permits, interfere with its security, use it unlawfully, misrepresent its output as professional advice, or infringe the rights of Voventech, our licensors, or another person.

5. Your content

You retain your rights in the information and memories you add. You give Apple and Voventech only the limited permissions technically necessary to operate the features you choose. Do not add content you are not entitled to use. Export or preserve anything important before deleting Bloom, changing devices, or disabling iCloud.

6. Third-party services and sources

Bloom depends on Apple platform services and may link to public health sources or other sites. Their terms, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A source link does not mean that the source endorses Bloom, and Voventech is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Bloom reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change to improve safety, comply with law, or reflect platform changes. We may suspend access where necessary to protect users, rights, or service integrity.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom is provided “as is” and “as available”. Voventech does not warrant that educational content, estimates, reminders, sync, or exports are complete or suitable for an individual medical decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where applicable. Otherwise, Voventech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use Bloom.

9. Governing law

Estonian law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts in Estonia have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides another forum. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
